How we got here
All County Plumbing & Leak is a Clearwater-based, family-owned plumbing contractor serving Pinellas County since its founding in 2017.
The company is eight years old — the experience behind it is not. Owner Michael Fouse and his team bring over 18 years of hands-on expertise in plumbing and leak detection. After earning a Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor license in 2023, the team handles everything from slab leak repair to water heaters and 24/7 emergency plumbing, backed by 396+ five-star Google reviews.
Michael Fouse launched All County Plumbing & Leak in Clearwater in 2017 — bringing more than 18 years of hands-on plumbing and leak detection experience with him from day one. The company was new. The expertise was not. And from the start, he had a clear theory about where most plumbers fall short.
Most plumbing companies are generalists, and leak detection gets treated as an afterthought. In Pinellas County, where mid-century concrete slab construction is widespread, a missed leak doesn’t just cost money — it can crack a foundation, rot a subfloor, and turn into a six-figure damage claim before anyone spots the source.
So Michael built All County around advanced detection first: infrared thermography cameras, sonic equipment, and hydrophonic location methods rarely used outside forensic investigation. Customers called after other plumbers had tried and failed. Word spread, the reviews came, the team grew.
By 2023, the company had expanded to seven technicians and a fleet of five trucks covering Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, and the rest of Pinellas County. That year, Michael also obtained his Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor license (CFC1432273), expanding All County’s scope to full residential and commercial plumbing — not just the leaks.
